Once media rates and schedules have been negotiated and placed, MoreMedia Direct then monitors the effectiveness and efficiency of the media by comparing the results of the media (number of leads, number of sales, etc.) with the media dollars spent. Our tracking reports then detail your results: Media Spending; Individual Cost Per Lead; Average Cost Per Lead; Individual Cost Per Sale; Average Cost Per Sale; and Percentage of Calls Converted to Sales. With this information, we can then work closely with our clients to achieve their goal whether that goal is the lowest possible cost per sale or the highest volume of sales possible. Monthly media affidavit reconciliation is another service provided by MoreMedia Direct. Once a month, all station affidavits are reviewed and reconciled in order to verify that all media repurchased from stations did indeed run and run correctly. We double check the days and times that your spots ran and even double check to verify that the correct version of your commercials ran. Any spots that did not run properly are then credited or "Made Good" at the appropriate times. In today's environment, technology is becoming more and more important.
